We hope you’ll be satisfied with everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve created a quick and easy return service. You can return any item(s) purchased at bluefort.lk within 7 days from the delivery date. Just make sure to fill in the return document. This saves us time in the return process, helps us realise how we can improve.
Once you have filled in the return document, kindly contact our customer service at +94-768-180-878 or info@bluefort.lk to inform our team regarding your return. Once we confirm all the details with you, we will arrange our courier partner Pronto Lanka to collect the return parcel from your door-step.
Return Conditions
The item(s) should be in the same condition as you received it. You are of course welcome to try the item on to see if it fits you and is the way you like it to be, but it should be unused for you to make a valid return. Please make sure to NOT TO DETACH the labels and tags as it is a must to leave them on the garment in their original condition when making your return.
Non valid returns will be sent back to you and we are not able to handle returns that are not connected to our e-commerce, bluefort.lk. If you have a return to a physical store, you need to visit the store in order to make a valid return.
Return Process
The average sending takes a few business days depending on where you are when you’re leaving the return shipment. Once we get it to our warehouse, our return department will take care of it as soon as possible. Please note that during certain periods as during sales the time for your return can take up to 14 business days. However, in general it only takes up to 5 business days from when the parcel reaches us until our return department has successfully arranged your online store credit voucher.
How do I receive the refund?
There will be no cash/cheques refund under any circumstances. Instead you will receive your refund amount as online store credits under a voucher code that is valid up to 3 months from the issued date.

At the moment, in order for you to exchange a shirt in a convenient way, you need to first ship the return to us and from that order the shirt you need. For the fastest and easiest process, place a new order at www.bluefort.lk when you make the return and you will receive a credit voucher for the return order shortly.

The return shipping costs are as follows:
LKR 350 within Colombo city limits
LKR 400 Colombo suburbs and all-island (except for North and East)
LKR 450 North and East
